  Quality Assurance Testing Laboratories, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Douglas E. Eiland to fill the need for accurate and impartial evaluation of the natural, as well as, the man made materials used in the construction industry. Quality Assurance Testing Laboratories, Inc., provides geotechnical engineering services and subsurface investigations. Also including, but not limited to, construction material testing of soils, concrete, masonry, asphalt, and inspection of bolted connections.
